Operations Manager

Location: Remote first with occasional travel to partner organisations

Skilled designs, markets and delivers exceptional online education on behalf of world-leading institutions. Over recent years we’ve worked with the University of Cambridge, London School of Economics and Political Science, UK Government, National Health Service and others to upskill and transform the lives of thousands of people.

Due to significant growth we are looking for several brilliant people to join our team. One key role is Operations Manager. Depending on your prior experience and interests, you will be responsible for:

1. Key policies and processes
2. Invoicing and finance processes
3. Diary management

You will have experience of the majority (ideally all) of the responsibilities above but crucially have the personal attributes below:

1. A positive and diligent approach
2. Team player who seeks solutions and ‘goes the extra mile’
3. Ambitious for themselves and Skilled’s mission

Digital Marketing Manager or Digital Marketing Director

(dependant on experience)

Due to significant growth we are looking for several brilliant people to join our team. One key role is to find an exceptional new digital marketing specialist. You will be responsible for:

1. Producing, managing and optimising SEO, PPC and other campaigns
2. Producing an executing wider marketing campaigns that generate leads and interest for online degrees or related opportunities
3. Diligently managing, reporting and analysing spend with the ability to identify and gain efficiencies

You will have experience of the majority (ideally all) of the responsibilities above but crucially have the personal attributes below:

1. A genuine passion for and interest in digital marketing – someone that ‘loves what they do’
2. A team player who can coordinate and communicate proactively and clearly to ensure collective success
3. A positive and diligent approach with a genuine commitment to Skilled’s mission
